24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
No-Show: If our cleaning team arrives at your home and is unable to gain access, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
Re-clean: If necessary, we will arrange for a re-clean of the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
