& Collaborators Cleaning Agreement

This agreement is between the enrolling member identified above and Blue Mop collaborators, hereinafter referred to as Blue Mop.
In consideration of enrollment in BLUE MOP, CLIENT agrees to the following: 

SERVICE - All new clients must have an initial deep cleaning completed before maintenance cleanings will begin. First-time house cleanings can take approximately 3-9 hours depending on the size, number of bathrooms and how much work is involved to bring the home to standard. This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home, to bring it up to our standard and prepare it for maintained cleanings. 

Cleaning Frequency

PAYMENT- Payment is due in full at time of service. Payment accepted: Cash, Zelle and Debit or Credit Card. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 48 hours of notice. Any payment for above mentioned services owed by the Client shall be due and payable at the time the agreement is terminated. 

Payment Method

CANCELLATION - The schedule is written every month. Every client has a designated spot on the calendar for their services. If you have any changes, please call/text us as soon as possible. This allows us to plan and make any adjustments needed. With respect to our time and other client’s schedules and requests, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations can cause havoc on our scheduling. You may reschedule, skip, add, or cancel any of your cleanings, however we do ask for a 24-48-hour notice for these actions. CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON HAPPENING WITH LESS THAN A 24-HOUR NOTICE WILL HAVE A $100 FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes any kind of service we provide be it a one-time clean or a same day service or routine cleanings. Lock outs are also considered cancellations, if we can not gain access to your home, we will make every attempt to contact you, and wait no more than 10 minutes. Payment will have to be made in full prior to scheduling any further work. All cancellations must be made by text or email.
If a cleaning is cancelled and your home has a gap in service, you will be charged an extra $25-$50 for the extra time that we will need to spend in your home due to the service lapse. If you plan on cancelling your services all together you MUST SUBMIT A 48 HOURS NOTICE BY TEXT MESSAGE.

EMPLOYEES - Please note that Blue Mop team are not Blue Mop employees. They're subcontractors (collaborators) that has worked as employees for Blue Mop in the past and had a dream to build their own cleaning business. In order to help them reach that in life Blue Mop has changed the direction on how we operate, our goal is to help families and past employees to obtain the freedom everyone deserves. Once your home is assigned to a team you will have that same team each time so we can keep the cleaning consistent.

Please be mindful of your team's hard work and ensure that the house temperature is comfortable on hot/humid days during the service.
